For 28 years, the amphitheater has been known for its award winning, spectacular productions. “The Man Who Ran”, the dramatic presentation of Jonah, Jesus and the great fish was the recipient of the Governor’s Tourism Merit Award for “Outstanding Attraction” in 1999.
The rave reviews of “The Elijah Factor’s” premier 2002 season have placed it in the same category.

In 2004, Picture  in Scripture Amphitheater was awarded the “Crystal Pelican Award” by the Grand Lake Association for “Outstanding Attraction”.
